I'm almost skinny.

117.2lbs on my 21 birthday… holla.

Hot yoga and Sushi tonight!! 

My 21st birthday is Sunday, too bad I can’t drink beer… on to rum!!

I have the best boyfriend ever. He’s wonderful, he thinks I’m a pretty princess. I love him

Happy summer to all you other college kids!! 

Stating insanity again tomorrow, going to go through the full 2 months again, and do some other weight and toning stuff along with that to get tonnage nice and firm!! Trying to look hot in that bikini for the cape in July. 

P.S.  My boy friend signed up for a summers worth of gym time at  a 24hr Fitness, I don’t have one by me, but damnnnn those gyms are nice!!! The have everything, I’m so jealous of all the equipment he has access to! He better put it all to good use!

I currently weigh 119lbs. This time last year I was 138lbs. I don’t think I look like I lost nearly 20lbs, but I am very happy about it.

My Boyfriend and I won’t a trip to the Bahamas!!!!!!!

Gluten-Free

So turns out I’m allergic to gluten, which is mostly wheat, and things containing wheat, rye, ect. I stopped eating regular pasta, bread, oatmeal, and a lot of snacks and baked goods. My doctor also told me to cut down on the exercise for a bit to help my body recover from the changes I’ve been making to my diet. I’ve been doing yoga 3 times a week and running once a week and thats it. I’ve lost 7 pounds in a month from cutting gluten out of my diet. Now I’m not tired all the time, and I don’t feel bloated anymore. 

I need to cut out sugar and starches from my diet now to rid my body of an overgrowth of bacteria, I should loose another 5-10 pounds from that alone.
